Movie’s that I recommend

I love movies! I couldn’t agree more with the line in one of my movies that I’m about to list here shortly. The lead female character had said “It’s said that if a man has a big DVD collection then he is lonely.”

I’m not going to go into detail for every movie either. I’m not that guy whatsoever and I’m not going to critique them either. What I will do is just share with you some that you may have never heard of or passed it while scanning for something good to view on Netflix.

If by chance you decide to get to know what I like them here is a glimpse of my kind of Cinema.

Who is better?

A difficult choice to do for the selfish side in each one of us but it is better to be firm in ourselves and stand by who we decide to become is more about being humble in all situations.

It’s easier to garner attention with an attitude of any kind. To elevate one’s self is a sign of real weakness because it doesn’t show any growth, a liking towards ignorance and a contempt towards the Holy Spirit or whatever deity we hold in regards that is above us.

Seek to serve and remain a blessed person or achieve a false sense of entitlement by putting yourself constantly first.

No one truly likes a show off.

This House (A lyrical poem)

White Walls be better friends then beating hearts

Obsession with perfection you won’t find that here

Do you think your smart?

Ask Elizabeth cause I don’t know

She escaped a special kind of hell

One that I don’t ever want to know

Here I am
Too humiliated to go on out and settle in

But yet, You say we are friends?

Then why is it that Joey barely ever wins!

I’m different then most

Pain is a lovely host
I’m Scared straight to a corner of my mind

Sleeping even gets robbed from time to time

No solice found is it Winter now?

I think not cause there’s hurricanes and tornadoes going around
Behind all the beauty there is shame

We all sin

Everybody’s lame

Locked up with all that guilt

See the new face of fear

I feel for you homie cause in my head is a cell

This is the house that evil built
But what if I told there’s truth out there

Would you like a way out?

An escape from this Thirteen Ghost house

Three nails and a cross is all it takes

You won’t ever have to see that

Tragedies place
Get down on your knees

Use your last gasp of strength and look at the son in his face

Here is Heaven your new resting place

It is a powerful tool for the human psyche. The vast potential that something simple as a few words accompanied with a smile can do for another.

Everyday I struggle with myself to be that person who encourages others daily. This is what I want to be known for if anything at all in this life of mine.

[Encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.]

To be an introvert who loves to encourage is hard but it is a learning process that takes time with a bunch of faith and putting it into action despite not physically being around people on a daily basis.

(Currently I’m locked in my room as I write this despite having my roommate and another being in the living room)

To have the power to uplift anyone at any given moment is a reward. Encouragement has to power to change people’s attitudes, life outlooks, how they react in situations. A whole life can be changed when you invest in someone by simply being there for another.

I encourage you my fellow readers to not get caught up in all your current activities of the day and miss out on opportunities to lift another up with kindness.

 Small efforts have BIG impacts.

“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.”

Teeth 😀

Teeth, We all after given these wonderful tools to use for chewing food, self defense and whatever else they after good for. Words come forth through them as well. Some good, some bad.

I don’t have perfect teeth and move surely are not white as other human beings either. They are flawed and I’m flawed.

So what comes through our teeth?

Some of the words that come out of my mouth and through my teeth are extremely encouraging, then there are times when they are downright goofy as can be and even still I do say things that are just not my character at all.

One thing though about words in my point of view is that they are piercing just like teeth are. The world over (once or twice) has a knack for using trigger words to incite elicit behavior, discriminate, tear down, remove, shed tears and all that hoopla of disgrace.

Another thing about words is when spoken we tend to form or make promises and more times then not they are not kept.

I’m guilty of not keeping my word all the time. We all after guilty. I’m not going to point fingers or make some accusation to another. What this post is about is encouraging you and myself the writer to just encourage everyone to keep your word.

Keeping your word can feel like you’re teeth being pulled. We say things we don’t mean when we are angry. We even say things when we just be want to be heard by others.

Imagine every hurtful word or broken promise is a tooth being pulled out. Ouch! Not cool. At all.

You’re dentist is the great physician himself (That is Yeshua/ Jesus to me and my fellow Christians) or even Muhommad for my Islamic friends. I’m not going to leave anyone out of my blogs though either cause all humans have had teeth at some point in our lives.

As a Kid like everyone else we lost are baby teeth. The grown-ups aka are parents when we lost them would tell us about the tooth fairy (Surely if the Tooth Fairy was the Rock then that would be awesome) and make sure we put it under our pillows before bed that night.

Is it lying when we are told this? Honestly yes but I personally don’t think it’s harmful towards the innocence of a child. When we grow up though we know the difference.

The same thing goes with are words, the things we say we will do and the things we promise. Let’s build each other up no matter what day it is. Let’s keep our words clean just as we brush our teeth.

Even though are teeth are pearl white or can be/ should be. Even though they are straight or crooked. No matter how perfect our mouth and the teeth, guns, tongue should be they will never be. This analogy is there same with what we speak.

A soothing tongue is a tree of life, But perversion in it crushes the spirit. Proverbs 15:4

This is the choir here saying this. I’m going to do all I can in good conscience to get better. Will you join me?

Here this is for you 😃

Everyday in this world we live in I have this intense feeling within my soul that there are people out there who depart themselves from their time, talent and treasures.

I’m speaking both biblically and worldly. There’s honestly more kindness out in the world despite the media informing us of all the world’s tragedies. Genuine, heartfelt, bright eyed, cheek to cheek smiles circulate the global over because people love to see others happy even if it is just our loved ones. Even those who have done some very horrible things in the world have loved ones and they still give.

I thoroughly enjoy reading what I like to call “Happy News“. That is everything that is good, right, and wholesome in the world. The world I live in! Whether it be the local charity, Or see people I don’t know who donate to various causes, even people who support missions, etc.

One of my favorite stories is about a kid who was with his friends at a skate park and a mother had brought her little girl there to practice. Well this particular kid took (donated his time) to teach her some basics and some tricks. He GAVE up his time to help a stranger. Now to me I’m not into skateboarding but to here of a teenager do this out of know where still melts my heart. Here is that article:

So what is it about this feel good phenomenon that every Faith, Creed and just straight-up basic human instinct does for one another called giving?

To me it is summed up beautifully in these words-

“From within our human heart we give because we see value in bringing cheer to another’s life. It isn’t about anything else but the one thing that makes the world go around and that is because of Love.”

  •   Love is the very essence of our being

It’s a notion of fulfillment given to me by God himself. Speaking

personally from my faith I see as God giving me the gift of Salvation through his son Yeshua (Jesus the Christ King) all because he loved me first. [1 John 4:19].

I’m not here to biblical or to preach to anyone, I’m simply stating that I believe there is more giving in the world then evil and I encourage everyone to keep on giving. Keep on being kind to others. Most of all keep on LOVING especially those who you don’t really see eye level with.

Speaking of “eye level” check out my first blog 😋

Thank you for your time lovelies. I appreciate you all and I’m glad to know that everyday we always do things for others (selflessly right?) 😉

I’ll talk to you soon!!!!

Determining success

Good afternoon lovelies, I’m back for the 2nd time in 24 hours. Don’t ever get used to this! I’m still not much of a talker. It’s not necessary to constantly share things at a relatively fast rate.

As I slept in until 11am since I didn’t fall asleep until 4:15am I thought about a few things that I wanted to say and now that I’m awake I wanted to let you know my thoughts on determiningwhat is successful.

Success is defined in the Oxford Dictionary as “The accomplishment of an aim or a purpose.” That’s pretty much spot on a better definition then Webster’s.

What is my purpose in life and how do I become better and have success at getting there? Well at 31 years of age I am still unmarried, no child, playful, no real career, a wealth of knowledge and how to do’s and a Faith built on the Almighty.

That is a disaster that I say equates to using foul language with the word cluster inserted there as someone could whisper or shout of “What are you doing with my life?”

Kudos to you all for reading along with me as I  attempt to lay out what I think makes a person a success. Here are the key ingredients that I personally view to reach the pinnacle of this mental mountain.

  1. God’s Guidance
  2. Humbleness
  3. Focus on your behavior
  4. Living peacefully with others
  5. Not owing anyone and no one owing you anything
  6. Having patience with people, places, time and things
  7. Loving yourself

Notice that nothing has anything to do with materials, money, fame, and all that other stuff? We earn that by becoming better versions of ourselves.

I’m not one to create things such this quote above but I’m definitely someone who loves to give others credit for their innovation and thought provoking nature.

There literally is beauty inside of everything. Creativity is an art of success just as much as the provocation and usage of words is.

If anything is to be done individually after reading this is that I hope that I will remain on my personal path to success and be that person who is there for others, who gains his own family and who loves the Lord more than his own life. A few extra dollars would help but only if it doesn’t hinder my walk in this life.

Have a blessed day beauties and beasties.
